IF YOU DO NOT CONFIRM YOUR APPOINTMENT THROUGH THE TEXT SENT, I WILL NOT BE PRESENT FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT, YOU WILL BE CONSIDERED A NO SHOW & MUST RESCHEDULE!
$30 DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED THE WEEK OF YOUR APPT, NEW CLIENTS MUST PAY DEPOSIT UPON BOOKING. THE DEPOSIT IS NON REFUNDABLE! IF DEPOSIT IS NOT PAID THE WEEK OF YOUR APPT BY SUNDAY OR MONDAY(WHICHEVER DAY FALLS AT THE 48 HOUR MARK) YOUR APPT WILL BE CANCELLED! YOU WILL BE NOTIFIED OF WHEN TO PAY DEPOSIT!
IF YOU RESCHEDULE OR CANCEL WITHIN 48 HOURS, YOU WILL FORFEIT DEPOSIT FOR SERVICE BOOKED & WILL OWE ANOTHER $30 DEPOSIT TO REBOOK. IF YOU CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE *BEFORE 48 HOUR* MARK, YOU CAN USE DEPOSIT AS CREDIT FOR NEXT APPOINTMENT. **NO REFUNDS**
I HAVE A STRICT NO SHOW/ INDEFINITE CANCELLATION POLICY.
